This Shipping Policy describes how Absher Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GST) are usually processed the same day.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

2. Shipping Times (Within UAE)

We offer fast delivery to all Emirates:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 24–48 hours.

  • Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ, & Fujairah: 2–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 4–5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: 18 AED for all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 249 AED.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through our courier’s portal.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with leading UAE courier services (like Aramex, SMSA, or local partners) to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@absheronline.com

  • We are committed to assisting you and will follow up with the carrier to resolve any issues regarding lost or delayed packages.
